We want you to be glad you bought NexPane. This policy explains how refunds work, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you buy
NexPane is free to use in full for 14 days. The trial is the complete app, with no account and no payment details, so you can make sure it runs well on your PC and suits the way you work before you spend anything.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind, you can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none. There are no fees or deductions, and any sales tax or VAT you paid is refunded too. The money goes back to the payment method you used.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email support@nexpane.app from the address you bought with, or include your order number from your receipt, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle. Because Paddle is our reseller and processes every payment, you can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.
4. When the money arrives
Refunds are sent as soon as they are approved. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, but it is usually 5 to 10 business days.
5. What happens to your license
When a purchase is refunded, the license it paid for is deactivated automatically. The next time NexPane checks in, it returns to its unlicensed state on every device, and you should stop using it. If you bought several licenses in one order and want only some of them refunded, tell us which, and the rest keep working.
6. After the first 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, and we review each request fairly. If NexPane has stopped working for you because of a problem we can't fix, or something went wrong with your order, such as being charged twice, contact us and we will put it right.
7. When we may decline
We may decline a refund where there are signs of abuse, such as repeated buying and refunding, or where a license was obtained fraudulently or has been shared in breach of our Terms.
8. Payment disputes
If something isn't right, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is almost always faster. A disputed charge deactivates the license it paid for, and if the dispute is later withdrawn or decided in our favor, the license is reactivated automatically.
9. Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
